With over 25 years in the defence sector, Dean specialises in leading complex technical portfolios and nurturing high-performing, diverse teams. Dean currently holds the position of Head of Tactical Strike and Senior Responsible Owner with Ministry of Defence.
Prior to joining MOD in 2016 as Head of Stockpile Management, Dean worked in various Engineering and Production roles with AWE and Lockheed Martin.
In an advisory capacity, Dean provides invaluable support to Banner Lane, leveraging his extensive knowledge and expertise in the defence sector.
Dean is a Chartered Engineer, Fellow of the Institute for Explosive Engineers and Fellow of the Institute of Mechnical Engineers. Dean has an MSc in Explosive Ordnance Engineering and BEng in Aerospace Engineering.
