Daimler Truck Wins Bundeswehr Logistics Deal

Daimler Truck will deliver a mid-three-digit number of Mercedes-Benz Arcos 6×6 trucks to BwFuhrparkService by May 2026. The all-wheel-drive vehicles feature military upgrades, Flecktarn paint, and a 10-ton payload.

Built via a German French production network, the trucks include a 15-foot swap body system from Sonntag Fahrzeugbau for rapid logistics deployment. The contract supports Germany’s defence mobility goals and follows similar orders from NATO allies.

KNDS Unveils MARS 3 with Land-Based NSM

KNDS Germany has revealed MARS 3, a Europeanized version of Elbit’s PULS system, now featuring a land-based Naval Strike Missile (NSM). Built on an Iveco Trakker 8×8, MARS 3 supports multiple munitions, including ACCULAR, EXTRA, Predator Hawk, and future MBDA cruise missiles.
