Job Description

Duties:

  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders within the US Aerospace, Defence, and Security markets.
  • Network with clients and candidates to build market intelligence.
  • Secure contracts with new customers.
  • Participate in meetings and presentations to capture requirements and provide updates.
  • Conduct comprehensive recruitment searches via offline, telephone, and online channels.
  • Longlist and interview candidates to finalize a shortlist.
  • Write candidate reports and compile search reports.
  • Manage interview arrangements and provide advice.
  • Secure offers and assist with onboarding.
  • Contribute to online and offline marketing efforts as needed.

Background:

  • Preferably 5+ years of technical recruitment experience.
  • Proven success in customer-facing sales roles with a strong emphasis on networking and relationship building.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to follow due process for handling personal data and record keeping.
  • Formal further education qualifications preferred but not essential.
