Job Description
Duties:
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders within the UK Aerospace, Defence, and Security markets.
- Network with clients and candidates to build market intelligence.
- Secure contracts with new customers.
- Participate in meetings and presentations to capture requirements and provide updates.
- Conduct comprehensive recruitment searches via offline, telephone, and online channels.
- Longlist and interview candidates to finalise a shortlist.
- Write candidate reports and compile search reports.
- Manage interview arrangements and provide advice.
- Secure offers and assist with onboarding.
- Contribute to online and offline marketing efforts as needed.
Background:
- Preferably 5+ years of technical recruitment experience.
- Proven success in customer-facing sales roles with a strong emphasis on networking and relationship building.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to follow due process for handling personal data and record keeping.
- Formal further education qualifications preferred but not essential.
